Our Special Programs
Hackathon Decola
Hackathon Decola is Iteris’ internship program focused on developing and training new professionals. It offers an entirely innovative internship experience centered on what’s important to us: the ability to learn quickly and a passion for programming.
We allocate 50% of the openings for women during the selection process, and all candidates have the opportunity to participate in a development marathon. They also receive intensive training in one of the programming languages used at Iteris.
The best-rated individuals during the challenge are hired for the Hackathon Decola Internship Program and undergo 16 weeks of training before being assigned to our clients’ projects.

SomoS Program
The SomoS Program was created by Iteris to bring more diversity and inclusion to the technology market. Through partnerships with NGOs and social enterprises from across the country, the program aims to enable the entry of underrepresented groups into tech careers, providing the necessary training and support.
Our current partners include Digital Favela, Recode, Programadores do Amanhã, Reprograma, Projeto Semear, Resilia, Mais1Code, Toti Diversidade, AfroPython.
